The 2025 vintage got off to a rainy start, which allowed for a balanced growing season and good
overall resilience to the heatwaves experienced in June and August. As a vintage with slow ripening, we
had to wait to harvest crisp, juicy grapes that produced a macerated rosé with a lovely
structure on the palate.
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
