Hand-harvesting and vinification

Hand-picked; direct pressing; temperature-controlled fermentation; aged on fine lees in 350/400- and 500-liter demi-muids, with malolactic fermentation completed for this vintage; fined but not filtered; bottled on “fruit day” in July 2026.

Vintage perception

The 2025 growing season got off to a rainy start, which allowed for a balanced growing cycle and good overall resilience to the heat waves experienced in June and August. As this was a vintage with a slow ripening process, we had to wait to harvest crisp, juicy grapes that would yield wines with a beautiful structure on the palate.
